- Target oriented Job and Responsible for selling retail, Liability, Credit Card & Islamic banking Products of ONE Bank PLC under Retail, Retail Liability, Credit Cards and Islamic Banking Division.
- We are looking for Trainee Sales Officer to SSO/TL for deploying at ONE Bank Limited
- Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points. Preferable for All Banking Products, as Retail, Liability, Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).
- Ability to sell retail, Liability (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.), Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.
- To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
- Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required information and documents from prospective customers.
- Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship with new clients by offering proper products and services.
- Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
- Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Ensuring strict compliance of OBL’s rules, regulations and HR policies.
- Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services.
