Additional Requirements

Products receive and delivery from the customer using ETL authorized ERP software.
Check the products warranty status and Physical condition.
Check the claimed products for problem findings.
Try to do Troubleshoot & solution, if needed then repair.
Technical report updates and Maintain RMA Stock using ARC ERP & Manually.
Communicate with customer regarding problem and solution.
Provide outdoor support where necessary.
Provide online support if necessary.
Create Service bill using ARC ERP, and sent products requisition by E-mail.
Prepare Daily work report & give update to the concern person.
Provide support 24/7 (over phone and online desk support).
Maintaining the verbal, mobile and email communication with customers regarding received RMA product’s status if needed.
