Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, managing social media inquiries, and providing exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
