- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences.
- Certification in training and development is a plus.
- Very good in Power point and preparing training PPT.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on soft skills (e.g., communication, negotiation, Problem solving, engagement, people management, grievance).
- Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Assess trainees’ learning needs and tailor training sessions to address specific challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure skill application.
- Stay updated on Labor Law/Rules and incorporate new strategies and tools into the training programs.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and improve existing training modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
