Additional Requirements
• Industry certifications in Cisco Cyber Ops or related areas.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations or as a trainer in a cybersecurity domain.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
• Experience with online training tools and platforms is a plus.
• Experience with other Cyber Ops tools.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment Cyber Ops tools.
• Prior experience in curriculum development.
• Vendor certification will Add Extra advantage.
Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on cybersecurity operations, including incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring.
• Create detailed course materials, including slides, exercises, and hands-on projects.
• Provide individual coaching and mentorship to students.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and update training materials and curricula to reflect current industry practices and technologies.
• Assess participant progress through evaluations and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Create and maintain a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and tools to ensure training relevance.
• Customize training approaches based on audience expertise and learning needs.
• Collaborate with other cybersecurity professionals to refine and improve training content.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote its training programs.
