Additional Requirements

To plan and implement effective classroom management practices
To collaborate with other teachers, admins and participate in regular meetings.
To plan and execute in class and outdoor activities, extra- curriculars events
To assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.
To coordinate, guide and train the new teachers to get accustomed to the system of the school
To responsible for disciplining the students
To prepare questions, class routines/exam routines, syllabus, session plan, lesson plans, teaching materials according to the Cambridge Assessment International Education standard
To develop training module, handbook as required
To ensure teachers to take classes properly and timely according to the syllabus
To conduct class monitoring and evaluating of Teachers according to the school standard
Responsible for overall safety and security of the students
All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
