  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

  • Creative thinking and adaptability in training delivery.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify Training Needs: Assess technical skill gaps among non-management staff through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.

  • Design Training Programs: Develop tailored training programs focused on enhancing technical skills based on identified needs.

  • Schedule and Organize Training: Plan and coordinate logistics for training sessions, ensuring availability of resources and materials.

  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Deliver engaging training in both English and Bengali, focusing on practical applications of technical skills.

  • Prepare Training Materials: Create and curate instructional materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities in English and Bengali.

  • Maintain Records: Track attendance and training records, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Manage Training Budgets: Oversee training expenditures to ensure cost-effective program delivery.

  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Conduct assessments and gather feedback to measure training impact and identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor Performance: Observe and evaluate employee performance post-training to ensure skill application in their roles.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest training methodologies and tools to enhance training quality.
