Additional Requirements
• Proven experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, and cybersecurity assessments.
• Relevant certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques, including network, web application, and system assessments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach complex technical concepts effectively.
• Experience with training or educational roles in cybersecurity is a plus.
• Familiarity with online training platforms and tools is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions on penetration testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials and curricula that reflect current industry standards and emerging threats.
• Assess and monitor trainee progress through practical exercises and assessments, providing detailed feedback and guidance.
• Foster a hands-on learning environment with real-world scenarios to enhance the training experience.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in penetration testing and cybersecurity.
• Customize training approaches to address varying levels of expertise and learning styles.
• Collaborate with other cybersecurity professionals to continuously improve training programs and content.
