Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduation in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field from a recognized university (Post Graduation preferred).
Experience

- 3 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in training and capacity building within development projects.
- Proven experience in developing training modules and IEC materials.
- Skilled in facilitation and participatory approaches.
- Experience in community development and working with CBOs.
Responsibilities & Context
Purpose:
The Training and Capacity Building Officer will be responsible for strengthening the capacity of partner organizations, Community Based Organizations (CWC, SHG, WUC), local level stakeholders and community members. This includes conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA), developing training modules and materials, delivering training sessions, and providing on-the-job support to ensure effective knowledge transfer. The position requires strong facilitation skills, experience in adult learning methodologies, and the ability to design innovative capacity-building approaches tailored to community needs.
