Additional Requirements

• Team building capacity
• Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
• Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
• Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
• Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
• Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Cooperate to conduct SHG training, sessions, events and training cycle management.
• Produce required formats to monitor and evaluate the project capacity building activities.
• Training module, schedule develop, training budget preparation develop and training reporting.
• Training related data collection, compilation, analyze, documentation and reporting.
• Assist to prepare business development tools and formats.
• Assist SHG member to select, develop, and suitable intervention of entrepreneurship.
• Conduct/Assist to facilitate the different training, workshop and other events celebrations under the project.
• Coordinate with the field team for realistic training and business plan of the beneficiaries.
• Capacity building activities with SHG, Input Retailers, traders & other relevant market actors.
• Prepare plans for and initiate institutional contacts with stakeholders at local level.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with concerned departments, agencies, market actors, different associations, partners and stakeholders
