Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are seeking a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team for meaningful contribution in our Manpower sector to reach the organization’s goal.

Job Responsibilities

• Searching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety among staff
• Conducted theoretical and practical classes in plumbing, Mason, tiles, rod binding, and shuttering carpentry.
• Follow the Lesson Plan & Other Training Guidelines in class.
• Control Student in with friendly behavior.
• Prepare and review the training Program. Conduct and evaluate training standards.
• Supervise maintenance of all tools and machinery used in training.
• Assess additional qualities like communication skills (especially in Arabic, English, and Hindi) and teamwork during test sessions.
• Act as the main liaison with delegates, ensuring clear and professional communication in Arabic, Hindi, and English.
• The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in handling overseas projects in countries such as UAE, and KSA and a strong background in construction jobs.
• Proven track record in construction engineering and managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with delegates to address project requirements, resolve issues, and provide technical insights
• Researching new training supplies and materials that can enhance a firm’s training procedures while providing value to employees
• Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training
• Leading programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes, acquisitions and mergers
• Communicating with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met
• Setting up executive or leadership development programs for lower-level employees
• Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
• Forecasting design and construction timeline
• Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages
• Overseeing soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility
• Using design software to create project drawings and renderings
• Any other task assigned by management.
