- The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid driving license to visit the field frequently having the mindset to stay at the field level.·
- Ability to shoulder whole time pressure and work in a team and be flexible in challenging situation.·

Responsibilities & Context
Community Development Association (CDA) is a Northern based NGDO in Bangladesh is implementing “Sustainable Organization for Land rights and Agrarian Reform (SOLAR)” Program requires some qualified candidates having competency on Institution Building, Training & Planning, strengthening, connecting & influencing the grass-roots people with good command in English, Proposal & Report writing based on ability to pick up the problematic issues from the disempowered rural poor and contribute to achieve the ICESC & Civil & Political Human Rights.
