Job Context:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. This role is vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational goals.

As a Training Coordinator, you will act as the central point of contact for all training-related activities, liaising between trainers, trainees, and department heads to deliver effective learning experiences. You will also support the evaluation and improvement of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and organize internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions.
• Liaise with department heads to identify training needs and create appropriate learning plans.
• Maintain training calendars, enrollments, and attendance records using LMS or manual systems.
• Support trainers, instructors, and facilitators with materials, venue bookings, logistics, and technical setup.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Update and maintain training databases and generate reports for management.
• Assist in the development and revision of training materials and documentation.
• Ensure training activities comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Support employee onboarding by organizing orientation sessions and documentation.
• Promote a culture of learning by communicating upcoming training opportunities and encouraging participation.
