- Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Bangla and English.
- Ability to keep updated with latest developments and open to learn anything new.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with training, evaluation, and reporting.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the country.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including project staff, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Needs demonstrated supervisor and GoB liaison skills.
- Experience in managing training budgets and resources.
- Experience in collaborating with local partners, government officials, and community stakeholders.

Compensation & Other Benefits
