Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• NSD (National Skills Development) & BTEB (Bangladesh Technical Education Board) approved certification preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor of Science or Technical education in the relevant field (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering).

Additional Requirements

• Work experience as a trainer in a recognized technical institute.
• Practical experience in Gulf countries or similar international environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience in the respective technical field.
• Strong knowledge of tools, machinery, and industry practices.
• Ability to teach and demonstrate practical skills effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities & Context

1.Civil Department:

• Teach students practical construction techniques, including masonry(brick, block, marvel, tiles & plaster), steel fixing, painting and carpentry.

• Train on the use of construction tools, such as levelling instruments, concrete mixers, and surveying equipment.

• Demonstrate how to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

• Guide students in safety measures for construction sites.

• Provide hands-on experience in mixing concrete, building structures, and finishing works.

2.Electrical Department:

• Teach students how to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.

• Provide hands-on training with tools like mustimeters, wire cutters, and circuit testers.

• Demonstrate the setup of wiring, panels, switches, and electrical equipment.

• Train students on electrical safety practices and regulations.

• Help students troubleshoot common electrical problems in homes and industries.

3. Mechanical Department

• Teach students welding( TIG, MIG and ARC), fabrication, plumbing & pipe fitting.
• Train students on using machines like lathes, drills, and welding equipment.

• Teach the basics of mechanical maintenance and repair for machinery and equipment.

• Provide hands-on training in metalworking, pipefitting, and machine assembly.

• Show how to read and follow mechanical blueprints and designs.

• Emphasize workplace safety when handling heavy equipment and tools.

4.Computer Department

• Teach basic software, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and networking.

• Provide training in programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

• Instruct on web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).

• Train students in graphic design using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Provide lessons on video editing and animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Teach cybersecurity basics and online safety.

• Offer training in digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing).

• Guide students in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools effectively.
