Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Cooperate to conduct SHG training, sessions, events and training cycle management
Produce required formats to monitor and evaluate the project capacity building activities
Training module, schedule develop, training budget preparation develop and training reporting.
Training related data collection, compilation, analyze, documentation and reporting
Assist to prepare business development tools and formats.
Assist SHG member to select, develop, and suitable intervention of entrepreneurship
Conduct/Assist to facilitate the different training, workshop and other events celebrations under the project
Coordinate with the field team for realistic training and business plan of the beneficiaries
Capacity building activities with SHG, Input Retailers, traders & other relevant market actors
Prepare plans for and initiate institutional contacts with stakeholders at local level
Develop and maintain working relationships with concerned departments, agencies, market actors, different associations, partners and stakeholders
