24 X7 on-call support for power system fault handling.

In-depth knowledge of fiber optic network Planning, design and deployment techniques.
Must have sound knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub-netting, FTTx, MUX/DEMUX.
Hands-on experience with fiber optic splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Supervise and guide engineers and technicians for fiber optic network deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Maintain detailed documentation of network layouts, splicing records, and equipment status. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure minimal downtime
Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary fiber optic tools, materials, and equipment.
Ensure all work complies with local regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines during network installations and repairs.
Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor network efficiency, uptime, and overall performance.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on network status, project progress, and technical challenges.
