Additional Requirements

Manage and oversee the overall transport operations, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and driver supervision.
Develop and implement transport policies to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Day-to-day update of all documents, including Tax Token, Registration, Insurance, and Fitness Certificate.
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely transportation services.
Fuel bills should be checked, as the overall expenditure of vehicles, and ensure the accuracy of the servicing and fuel bills.
Address and resolve transport-related issues, including vehicle breakdowns, traffic incidents, and route optimization.
Supervise the transport team, including drivers, technicians, and support staff, to maintain high performance and discipline.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, vehicle suppliers, and maintenance service providers.
Maintain liaison and negotiate with necessary Govt. offices & officials, such as BRTA, Roads & Highways, local police stations, etc.
Prepare daily and monthly reports and present findings to top management.
Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
