Education
- Diploma in Engineering in Automobile
- Diploma in Engineering in Power
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma in Automobile/Power/Graduation in any other subject with vast experience in Transport Management and Maintenance.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Transport Service, Transportation

- Age 26 to 35 years
- Experience: At least 5 years in the relevant field.
Required Competence:
- Good verbal and written communication skill in both Bangla and English;
- Solid experience in transport management, maintenance, and tracking;
- Knowledge of transport compliance and regulation policies;
- Well-versed in routing planning and optimization;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work independently and meet the deadline;
- Expertise in operating Transport Management Software, MS Word, and Excel.
Responsibilities & Context
- Duty Station: Hasnabad, South Keraniganj, Dhaka
Responsibilities:
Transport Management:
- Expertise and experience in hiring vehicles for delivering goods across the country.
- Plan, coordinate & oversee the daily transport operations for goods & organizational activities.
- Develop and implement efficient transport schedules, routes & allocation of vehicles.
- Monitor and evaluate vehicle utilization to maximize efficiency & reduce operational costs.
- Maintain updated transport policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:
- Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, properly maintained, and serviced on time.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections & preventive maintenance.
- Monitor fuel usage and maintain systems to prevent misuse.
- Ensure vehicles are equipped with valid registration, tax tokens, route permits & safety equipment.
Driver Supervision & Management:
- Recruit and supervise drivers, ensuring adherence to organizational policies & road safety rules.
- Prepare drivers` duty rosters, monitor performance, and enforce discipline where required.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and promote safe driving practices.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Ensure full compliance with transport laws, government regulations & organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all transport-related activities, including logbooks, fuel records, maintenance schedules, and insurance claims.
- Prepare and submit regular transport reports to management.
- Experience liaising with government offices for permits, registrations & compliance.
Risk & Incident Management:
- Respond promptly to transport-related emergencies, breakdowns, or accidents.
- Investigate transport incidents, prepare reports, and liaise with insurance providers as required.
- Implement measures to mitigate risks and enhance transport safety.
Cost & Resource Management:
- Monitor and control transport-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance & repairs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality and safety.
- Ensure optimal use of vehicles and resources.
