Responsibilities & Context

As an Executive Travel Agent at WiseTrip, you will manage and oversee high-level travel arrangements for corporate executives, VIP clients, and high-net-worth individuals. This role requires a blend of luxury travel expertise, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle complex travel itineraries with precision. You will be responsible for curating bespoke travel experiences, ensuring seamless logistics, and delivering a premium level of service that aligns with WiseTrip’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Support:

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and needs.
  • Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the client’s travel experience.

    Travel Planning and Booking:

  • Research and create detailed travel itineraries that align with client preferences.
  • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services using our booking systems.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed, accurate, and communicated to the client.

    Customer Service Excellence:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.
  • Assist clients with travel-related problems such as cancellations, changes, and emergencies.
  • Provide 24/7 support to clients as needed to ensure a seamless travel experience.

    Sales and Marketing:

  • Promote WiseTrip travel products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling travel packages and additional services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

    Administrative and Operational Tasks:

  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing refunds.
  • Prepare and distribute travel documents such as itineraries, tickets, and travel vouchers.

    Industry Knowledge and Compliance:

  • Stay informed about the latest travel trends, products, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with local and international travel regulations.
  • Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
