Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Need to go outside of the office to submit visa applications (Thailand, Singapore, China etc)
- Telling details about our product to clients by phone calls and in the office
- Hotel/ Resort Reservation, Client Service, Customer Care
- Ticketing by OTA
- Making Package Details with Itinerary
- Must have to good knowledge about
- Tour Destinations
- Tour consulting, Follow-up calls & emails
- Maintaining good communication and building a strong relationship with the client
