  Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

Responsibilities & Context

• Deal with client inquiries, prepare quotations
• Communicate with clients to provide travel services
• Respond to clients via online & offline channels
• Create travel itineraries with flights, hotels, tours & other travel services
• Book flights, hotels & tour packages using different online/offline platforms
• Book flights, hotels & sell tour packages OR consult with clients for visa, do visa processing
• Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
• Manage all online/offline channels of marketing & communication
• Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries Keep up to date with tourism destination knowledge
• GDS skills will be extra advantage
• Other related tasks assigned by admin
