Additional Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-Professional typing skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
– Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
– Knowledge of travel reservation systems and booking platforms is a plus.
– Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
– A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide expert guidance on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless travel arrangements and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
