- Handle reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless travel arrangements and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
