Responsibilities & Context
- Must be target oriented.
- Ensure everyday sales target.
- Distributor and dealer set up as required
- Daily Visit Distributors / Dealers as per route plan & solve problems.
- Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers
- Achieve sales target and report Daily Sales target vs achievement
- Sales promote/increase
- Ensure Secondary sales
- Ensure Cash sales
- Assist with Sales planning
- Forecast market demand and achieve sales target
- Ensure sustainable growth of own market share
- Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor’s products, price & feature, marketing strategies, distribution policy, and promotional activities
- Ensure product availability.
- Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time through frequent market visit.
