Responsibilities & Context

• Must be target oriented.
• Ensure everyday sales target.
• Distributor and dealer set up as required
• Daily Visit Distributors / Dealers as per route plan & solve problems.
• Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers
• Achieve sales target and report Daily Sales target vs achievement
• Sales promote/increase
• Ensure Secondary sales
• Ensure Cash sales
• Assist with Sales planning
• Forecast market demand and achieve sales target
• Ensure sustainable growth of own market share
• Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor’s products, price & feature, marketing strategies, distribution policy, and promotional activities
• Ensure product availability.
• Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time through frequent market visit.
