  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Diploma in Engineering

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Automobile, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Power
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Must be target oriented.

Ensure everyday sales target.

Distributor and dealer set up as required

Daily Visit Distributors / Dealers as per route plan & solve problems.

Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers

Achieve sales target and report Daily Sales target Vs achievement

Sales promote/increase

Ensure Secondary sales

Ensure Cash sales

Assist with Sales planning

Forecast market demand and achieve sales target

Ensure sustainable growth of own market share

Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor’s products, price & feature, marketing strategies, distribution policy, and promotional activities

Ensure product availability.

Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time through frequent market visit.
