Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized UAT Manager to manage our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the UAT process, from planning and execution to reporting and closure.
• Possess strong UAT knowledge and experience using Azure for defect management.
• Effectively present and advocate for identified defects during triage calls.
• Participate in project meetings, capture action items, and follow up for completion.
• Develop and manage project tasks from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
• Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to address queries and ensure clarity on requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for clarification of requirements and other inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for UAT experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools is a plus.
• Insurance or financial services background is preferred.
