- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe XD.Active, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Fluent in English and Bangla communication skills.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, WordPress design, and working with elements is a plus.
- Comfortable with Agile development processes, Git, and GitHub.

Job Summary: The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ a range of human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions.
- Utilize up-to-date knowledge of designing software and technologies, with a preference for Figma.
- Create and maintain clear concepts of auto layouts, variants, constraints, design systems/style guides, and grid systems for long-term projects.
- Apply extensive experience in UX design best practices to design mobile-first and responsive solutions.
- Deliver high-quality designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.
- Promote user-centered decision-making based on cohesive design principles and patterns.
- Develop and maintain documentation to guide engineering teams.
- Stay updated on recent design trends and best practices.
