Design and Prototype: Create engaging and effective user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
Design Standards: Maintain and enhance design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products.
Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving project requirements.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Understanding: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions.
Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a passion for delivering quality and innovative design solutions.
