Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 28 years

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences

Responsibilities & Context

1. User Research & Analysis
– Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.

– Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

– Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design solutions.

3. Visual Design

– Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing.

– Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.

4. Interaction Design

– Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.

– Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.

5. Collaboration & Communication

– Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure feasible designs align with project goals.

– Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders.

6. Usability Testing & Iteration

– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.

– Implement user feedback and data-driven design changes.

7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends

– Stay abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

– Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
