Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that our digital products meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web designs, web applications, and mobile apps that are visually appealing and user-friendly.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.

• Maintain and enhance the company’s design system and ensure consistency across all digital products.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

• Work closely with developers to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision and delivers an excellent user experience.

• Design Expertise: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile (iOS & Android) applications.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work smartly with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, user-centered designs.

• Typography and Layout: Demonstrate exceptional skills in core design principles—typography, layout, color, and interaction.

• Problem-Solving Creativity: Bring creative ideas with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Prototyping Skills: Experienced in wireframing, prototyping, storyboarding, and user flows.

• Information Architecture: Skilled in web and app-based information architecture with a strong grasp of usability principles.

• Design Tools Proficiency: Use tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile interfaces.

• Content Writing: Leverage content writing skills to produce engaging copy for websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns.

• Tools Knowledge: Familiar with enhancing UX/UI and communication strategies using tools such as Sumsub and Customer.io.

• Modern UI Design and HTML/CSS: Passionate about creative and modern UI design, with good knowledge of HTML and CSS3.
