Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects (please include a link to your portfolio).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience in creating user-centered designs and solving complex user experience challenges.
• Strong understanding of the principles of responsive and adaptive design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design or interactive design.
• Familiarity with design systems and front-end development practices.

Job Description: As a UI/UX Designer at Solution Explorer, you will work remotely from anywhere and collaborate with our global team to design and enhance web and mobile applications for our international clients. Your role will focus on improving user interactions and crafting seamless, intuitive experiences across platforms. We are hiring multiple designers to expand our team, and you will play a key role in ensuring our designs are not only beautiful but also highly functional, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work with adjustable hours.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to optimize design solutions.
• Incorporate feedback into designs and iterate based on testing outcomes.
• Ensure consistency in design language and user experience across various projects.
• Stay current with UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into our projects.
• Contribute to building a design system and ensure it is used effectively across all products.
