Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound examinations under the supervision of a sonologist.
- Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings as needed.
- Acquire and analyze ultrasound images.
- Assist with biopsy procedures.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ultrasound technician certification or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of ultrasound equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
