Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead for our Umrah & Hajj Segment of AKIJ Air. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of our Umrah and Hajj services, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests. This role includes arranging pre-registrations, visas, handling queries, and coordinating with various service providers and external bodies.
- Lead Um-rah & Hajj Segment
- Arrange pre-registration for Um-rah & Hajj guests.
- Arrange VISA for Um-rah & Hajj guests.
- Manage all queries for Um-rah & Hajj guests.
- Ensure proper service for our guests.
- Deal with service providers.
- Deal with all external bodies.
- Arrange Training for Hajj & Um-rah guests.
- Coordinate with the Ticket reservation team.
