Organize and manage Umrah and Hajj packages, including travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport services, and local vendors to secure bookings and negotiate rates
Provide comprehensive guidance and support to pilgrims on visa requirements, travel guidelines, and religious rituals
Must be aware of the Visa Application system (Nusuk) and ensure accurate and timely processing of visas
Handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues during the pilgrimageEnsure compliance with regulations and guidelines from religious and governmental authorities
Manage administrative tasks like processing visas and travel documents, and maintain accurate records
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote packages through online and offline channels
Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders, and organize informational sessionsLead and manage a team of assistants, guides, and volunteers for efficient service delivery
Develop contingency plans for emergencies and act as the main point of contact during crises
Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with knowledge of Islamic rituals and requirements for Umrah and Hajj.
