Responsibilities & Context
Duties:
You must work from home until the company’s Upzoila or District Office is established. Every day you must visit 15-20 households/families in your union till 50 contracts with overseas job seekers/ work permit visa candidates.
You have to make 50 contracts per year with the overseas job seeker/work permit visa candidate within 1st 3 months every year as defined in line with the policies, procedures, and objectives of the company.
You have to deposit all signing money (15%) to a bank account (a joint account with you and the company’s representative) regularly till the work permit visa completion for the candidate.
You have to start your work every day at 9:30 AM in summer and 10:00 AM in winter and report to the company’s e-mail every work by 7:00 PM.
You have to report yourself physically every month at CMO with your monthly working report.
Responsibility:
You have to confirm a minimum of one work permit visa candidate every day after the date of your joining.
You will be responsible for achieving the target within the time-limit i.e 50 contracts per year within 1st three months.
You will be responsible to receive 85 money from the candidate after work permit visa completion.
If you have failed to achieve your target or carry out your responsibility then your salary will be blocked till achieving your target or carrying your responsibility.

Every successful completion of a work permit visa for a candidate you will get a commission of Tk. 10,000.
