Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and lead a team of insurance company Maintain compliance with insurance laws and regulations.

• Develop strategies to meet business objectives and goals Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Keep ready a very motivated field workforce to ensure monthly Premium target.     

• Smooth fund mobilization by banking and online channel.

• Ensure administrative formalities to support for all policy holders including their expectation and claim.

• Provide necessary training to the workforces with rotational field visit

• Habitude to use modern gadget including all internet feature
