Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • MBA Major in HRM / Masters in any discipline along with PGDHRM.

Experience

    • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Smart in situation handling.
  • Presentable, target oriented, good communicator, willing to develop career in garments industry and self-confident.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan monitor & follow up HR related issue like recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, manage grievance & disciplinary management, organizational development etc.
  • Monitor & Follow up all administrative issue like, security management, dining management, housekeeping, transport, Buyer entertaining management etc.
  • To implement and monitor the HR & Administrative plan and policies to provide professional HR & Administrative services in the company.
  • Prepare plan and implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the company policy and procedure.
  • Follow the advise and guide of head of HR to ensure good employee relations, communication as well as grievance related mitigate issues.
  • Ensure congenial IR (industrial relations) environment in the company and provide appropriate advices while dealing with workers’ representatives.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits structure of the company and undertake all related activities as per the company Policy.
  • Ensure maintenance of effective HR information system in the company.
  • Undertake measures in developing the required talent and prepare and review the succession planning etc employees of the company.
  • Execution of company`s administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
  • To asst all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) and others certifications audit.
  • Administration and entire Compliance issues with local laws, regulations and different buyers’ requirements. Play the role of company custodian for preservation/conservation of company confidential documents, agreements in safe and sound manner with entire satisfaction of Management.
  • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
  • To control, direct monitor & motivate the all-department employees.
  • Creative good environment for buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
  • Any other task will be assigned by the superior.
