Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in branch banking operations, customer service, or credit. Candidates
- with hands-on experience in sub-branch or small branch operations will get preference.

- Excellent leadership and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of core banking operations, AML/KYC, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to achieve business targets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Age must not exceed 40 years as of September 10, 2025.

To support this objective, the Bank is looking for proactive, customer-focused, and result-driven professionals for the position of Sub Branch In-Charge.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead overall operations and business activities of the sub-branch
- Achieve business targets in deposits, loans, and other banking products
- Supervise cash operations, account opening, remittance, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (Bangladesh Bank) and internal policies
- Monitor and manage credit & operational risks of the sub-branch
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with individuals, SMEs, and local businesses
- Guide and motivate sub-branch team members to achieve business and service excellence
- Ensure proper reporting and coordination with the linked parent branch
