Requirements
Education
Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent in the relevant subject preferably from a AACSB-accredited university, with a minimum 5 (five) years of active experience with a minimum of 3 (three) years of post-Ph.D. active teaching/research experience.

Must have at least 8 (eight) research publications having a total impact factor (by Reuter -Thompson) of equal to or more than 2.0. Candidates having industry or consulting experiences will be given preference.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage in departmental services, academic advising, and institutional development.
