Responsibilities & Context
Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets across key sectors (Industrial rooftops, Commercial buildings, or Residential channels).
Oversee key account management, presenting complex techno-commercial solar proposals (CAPEX/OPEX models, payback calculations, LCOE, and tax benefit insights).
Support negotiations for high-capacity solar installations and finalize Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or turnkey contracts.
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, including MEP consultants, architects, system integrators, and electrical contractors.
Plan and execute integrated B2B/B2C solar marketing strategies aligned with company guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop technical collateral, white papers, video case studies of successful projects, and digital campaigns.
Highlight ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) impact and carbon footprint reduction metrics in marketing materials to position the company as a green tech leader.
Bridge the gap between sales teams and engineering/O&M teams to ensure smooth site surveys, system designs, load audits, and project handovers.
Guide the team through regulatory frameworks, local net-metering policies, grid connection approvals, and government subsidy schemes.
Maintain CRM integrity, track the multi-stage sales pipeline, and present monthly forecasting reports to top management.
Lead, mentor, and track the performance of Executives and Senior Executives.
Conduct competitor benchmarking regarding panel/inverter partner pricing, efficiency guarantees, warranty coverage, and financing options.
Monitor policy changes in renewable energy incentives, tariff structures, and utility regulations to adjust go-to-market strategies quickly.
