• Minimum of 5 years in urban planning development projects of similar magnitude.

Responsibilities & Context

• Work under the Team Leader.
• Prepare plans and studies.
• Conduct inspections.
• Prepare site approval documents.
• Coordinate with local governments.
• Create and interpret maps and diagrams.
• Engage with public officials and the community about development plans and land use.
• Recommend approval or denial of proposals.
