Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production, Mechanical Engineering
Additional Requirements
Age 20 to 28 years
Minimum CGPA: 3.00 out of 4.00 in BBA/B.Sc.
Minimum GPA of 4.00 out of 5.00 is required in both HSC and SSC.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Incumbents will have to sign a 5-years` Non-Separable Contract as this position is highly technical and requires continuous rigorous training.
Responsibilities & Context
US-Bangla Airlines Ltd, the premier airline of the country is looking for some highly motivated, committed, and agile minded Graduates to work in our Procurement Sections in the Engineering Department. We are looking for an individual who have a passion for working in a dynamic aviation environment.
Sending RFQs (Request for Quotation) to different suppliers.
Analyzing the consumption history of frequently demanded spare parts and maintaining proper provisioning.
Negotiating with vendors for the required certificates as per the procurement policy and securing the best discounted offer.
Preparing a Comparative Statement.
Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and sending them for audit and approval.
Coordinating with vendors, OEMs, and distributors for procurement.
Preparing a Monthly Statement based on total orders, monthly payments, and monthly utilization of each aircraft.
Updating the TOS (Total Order Statement) every week.
Following up on order movement through tracking numbers and freight forwarders.
Conducting daily visits to the Foreign Receiving Section (FRS).
Coordinating with stores and inspection teams for the smooth release of procured items.
Analyzing the market and delivery systems.
Performing any other tasks assigned by management.
