- Good knowledge of different servers and networks, and other critical systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a similar IT support role.
- Knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities & Context
- Support audio/visual equipment for on-site and off-site presentations and trainings.
- Ensure availability of IP Telephone service.
- Software administration and support.
- Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, Computer and peripheral equipment.
- Manage printers/scanner and toner requests.
- Manage the solution of user requests, IT problems and network maintenance.
