Responsibilities & Context

• To follow up on Department of Utility, Electrical, AC Plant, Generator, Compressor and Heat Setting Machine to development of maintenance.
• Develop and review of complex electrical project calculations.
• Identify potential problems with electrical designs that could pose hazards to users or occupants of a company.
• Maintenance records and Documentation of projects throughout the design and implementation Process.
• Plan to establish and implementation of Maintenance extra good Achievement.
• Direct and manage the overall operation of the powerhouse, utility tunnels, the production and distribution of utilities (steam, chilled water, natural gas, domestic water, electrical systems, all sewer systems), the maintenance of these systems within our Plants.
• Manage the process of the introduction of new Generators, its commissioning and installation properly.
• Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all Generators, electrical and power equipment of the spinning Mill.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of Generators, Chiller & all other electrical equipment.
• Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc.) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized, and waste through periodic reporting
• Ensure zero downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
• Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the plant.
• Minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level.
• Enhance optimum efficiency of all electrical & power equipment.
• Coordinate with the production sub-vertical to plan for shut-down for maintenance as required.
