Job Context:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing promotional videos, managing social media content, designing logos and stickers, and creating engaging video content to support the company’s branding and real estate campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and digital media in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality promotional and branding videos for real estate projects.
• Capture, cut, and compile raw footage into polished final versions with transitions, effects, and sound.
• Manage and regularly update visual content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Design creative visual assets including company logos, stickers, thumbnails, and animated graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Create short reels, property tour videos, client testimonial videos, and event highlights.
• Stay updated on current trends in video editing, design, and social media content formats.
• Organize and maintain a library of video and design assets for ongoing use.
• Meet deadlines for video content delivery across different marketing campaigns.
