Job Description:
Shuttle is on the lookout for a proactive and communicative Vehicle Officer to join our B2B team. If you’re passionate about stakeholder management, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth operations, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Driver Management & Operations:
- Maintain and monitor the onboarded drivers.
- Regularly oversee daily operations.
Customer/ Driver Relations:
- Build and maintain good rapport with existing customers and drivers.
- Address queries and concerns promptly.
Training & Reporting:
- Provide driver training as needed.
- Conduct data entry and prepare daily reports.
Requirements:
- Good at stakeholder management with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Willingness to engage with customers regularly.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: BDT. 12000 (KPI 3000)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday – Thursday)
Office Location: Madina Tower, Syed Nagar Vatara, 100 ft. Road, Dhaka – 1212
