Responsibilities & Context
Ø Manage the recruiting process
Ø Review, modify or develop Job Description and KPI update and maintain JD Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always update;
Ø Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans, employee development plans & performance appraisal, workplace policy design & conflict resolution ;
Ø Automating HR Services
Ø Review Manpower status and analyze by nurturing and retaining top talent, HR managers can ensure a strong and capable workforce
Ø Exposed to access control & time attendance system, deployment of security guards, fire fighting system, evacuation procedure & emergency contact
Ø Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
