Job Description
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Lead the HR and Admin team to align with business objectives and manage recruitment, training, and performance management processes
- Compliance Management : Ensure compliance with related laws, rules, regulations, company policies, and cGMP standards (FDA, UK-MHRA, EU-GMP, TGA, WHO)
- Employee Relations & Welfare : Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts, and manage welfare initiatives such as canteen, transportation, and dormitories
- Safety & Security : Ensure the implementation and management of plant-wide safety and security protocols to protect employees, assets, and infrastructure
- Industrial Relations : Maintain good relationships with local authorities and ensure smooth industrial functioning
- Cost & Resource Management : Monitor administrative expenses, manage supplies, and ensure cost-effective plant operation
- Team Development : Mentor and guide the HR and Admin team to promote a culture of collaboration and accountability
