Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Marketing, HRM/ Master of Laws from any Reputed University

Experience

• Age 42 to 50 years

• The applicants should have experience in related field specially in garments accessories at any Multinational Company.
• Fluent in Chinese & English language and strong communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive dynamics.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players and clients.
• Lead the business development team, Sales & Marketing team to setting targets and driving the sales process.
• Drive revenue initiatives, optimizing new and existing revenue streams.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
• Provide regular business development reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
